Our services
Classic Music Events sources and coordinates professional live musicians and DJs for weddings, corporate functions, private events and productions. Availability of specific musicians and ensembles is confirmed at the time of booking.
Enquiries and quotes
Quotes and proposals are provided based on the information you give us. Pricing is valid for the period stated in your proposal and may change if event details change. A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing and any required deposit is received.
Bookings, deposits and payment
- A deposit may be required to secure your date and musicians.
- The balance is payable as set out in your booking agreement.
- Dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and amendment terms, including any applicable fees, are set out in your individual booking agreement. Please notify us in writing as early as possible if your plans change.
Performance conditions
To deliver the best possible performance, we may require suitable shelter, power, access and a safe performance area, particularly for outdoor events. These requirements are confirmed in your proposal.
Website content and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, audio samples and branding, is owned by or licensed to Classic Music Events and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We take great care in delivering our services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
